The Client Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
  • Analyze market trends, sales data, and client performance to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Create customized solutions to address client needs and drive business growth.
  • Oversee the implementation of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  • Work with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure client needs are met.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on client performance and project progress.
