Conssistant Construction is seeking a result-drivenBusiness DevelopmentManager with a strong entrepreneurial mindset, excellent communication skills, and the drive to grow long-term client relationships in the construction, industrial, municipal, and property management sectors.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for ourpower sweeping servicesin construction sites, commercial & industrial facilities, parking lots, and municipal contracts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site managers, property developers, general contractors, and facilities managers.
  • Conduct site visits, prepare quotes, and close deals with a consultative approach.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with construction firms and property managers to secure recurring work.
  • Track leads, sales activities, and conversion rates using CRM and internal tools.
  • Coordinate with our field operations team to ensure timely, high-quality service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create proposals and presentations that address client needs.
  • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and attract new clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 5+ years of experience inB2B sales, business development, or account managementin theconstruction services industry.
  • Knowledge of or exposure topower sweeping,site services, or similar equipment-based fields.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A self-starter who can work independently and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings.
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Experience working with Indigenous communities, a deep understanding of their unique needs, values, and cultural perspectives, is considered an asset.
