In this role you will assess client needs, advise on coverage, quote, and bind policies to deliver a seamless customer experience. Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a Broker/Advisor role.
- RIBO License required.
- Experience with personal lines insurance products and claims process.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Independent, self-motivated, ambitious and competitive.
Responsibilities
- Assist prospective insurance clients provided by APOLLO.
- Assess the needs of potential clients to advise on coverage requirements.
- Engage with prospective clients to convert requests for insurance into customers.
- Provide ongoing support from information gathering to binding to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Report new claims and guide clients through the claims process.
