Job summary

Vancouver South Animal Hospital, part of VetCare Canada Inc., seeks a client care reception/veterinary assistant for a hybrid role. You will greet clients, check-in pets, book appointments, and provide compassionate non-medical information to clients while supporting administrative tasks to keep the clinic running smoothly.

In collaboration with veterinarians and RVTs, you will counsel clients on home care, vaccination needs, and preventative care, while maintaining excellent client experience

Qualifications

Greet and check-in clients warmly.
Provide non-medical information to clients and answer questions.
Book appointments and relay messages accurately.
Support administrative tasks and correspondence.
Assist in counselling clients under supervision.
