Job Type: Full-time | Monday-Friday with availability outside of regular office hours

What You’ll Do - Big Picture

  • Be the bridge between families, caregivers, and clients—making sure everyone gets the support they need
  • Create thoughtful, personalized care plans that reflect each senior’s unique story
  • Match the right caregivers with the right clients, and back them up when things get tough
  • Roll up your sleeves and provide direct care when needed—because leadership isn’t just behind a desk
  • Be the go-to for quality checks, crisis-solving, family updates, and team coaching
  • Represent our company with heart and confidence when you recommend services and sign new clients
  • Help us grow—with new service offerings, stronger community connections, and team development

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of home care, healthcare, or senior services experience (leadership experience preferred)
  • Education in nursing, social work, healthcare, or related field is a plus
  • RN, LPN or HCA credentials are an asset (but not required)
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle for home visits
  • Comfortable driving in Richmond, North Delta, and Surrey
  • Tech-savvy enough to manage scheduling and documentation platforms
  • Physically able to provide personal care and conduct in-home visits
