As a Personal Insurance Associate, you will help protect individuals' most valuable assets. You will provide outstanding client service with a positive, friendly manner, and educate clients about our products in habitational, travel, and automobile insurance.

A day in the life –
  • Engage with clients to understand and advise on their insurance needs, developing the best coverage for personal insurance (habitational, travel, automobile)
  • Follow up regularly on sales leads and referral prospects
  • Process and conduct renewals, ensuring policies are issued accurately and promptly
  • Achieve sales and retention goals
  • Maintain high knowledge of our Personal Lines and Auto products through ongoing education
What you will bring to the team –
  • Minimum 1-year experience in Personal Insurance
  • Level 2 General Insurance License is an asset
  • Strong desire and proactive approach to delivering exceptional client service
  • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced team environment
  • Keen attention to detail and a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to drive sales initiatives
  • Industry designations (CIP, CAIB, CRM, Risk Management Diploma) are assets
Salary Expectations –

The salary range for this position is $45,000.00 to $50,000.00, influenced by skills, experience, location, and specific job scope. HUB offers comprehensive benefits and total compensation packages, including health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid time off, bonuses, and commissions where applicable.
