Classic LifeCare, Calgary-based home care agency, is seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to support clients and care staff. This entry-level role offers opportunities for growth within the organization and a hands-on introduction to our care operations.

You will manage client intake, scheduling, and respond to client and staff needs with empathy and professionalism, while participating in after-hours on-call rotation and HR screening for care roles.

We are currently seeking a full-time Client Care Coordinator to join our Calgary team. This entry-level opportunity offers strong potential for career development within the organization.

About the Role:

As a Client Care Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our clients and care staff, helping ensure that every individual receives attentive, high-quality care. You'll work closely with our Health Care Workers and Nursing Team, contributing to the legacy of Classic LifeCare through ongoing learning and meaningful connections.

The ideal candidate is empathetic, solutions-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You’ll be responsible for building strong relationships, managing client care schedules, and ensuring prompt, effective responses to client and staff needs.

Schedule: Full-time, in office, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm

Key Responsibilities:
