Job description

We are currently seeking a permanent full-time Client Care & Billing Clerk for our Sudbury, ON hearing clinic. This is a day shift position, Monday to Friday, onsite from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

What You'll Do
  1. Support billing and invoicing processes within the clinic
  2. Assist patients with payment plans, insurance direct-billing, and payment inquiries
  3. Maintain accurate records in relevant systems
  4. Make collections calls as needed
  5. Generate reports and maintain exported Excel reports accurately
  6. Provide backup support for the Client Care team by handling general administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and greeting patients
What We're Looking For
  1. At least 2 years of experience in a professional environment involving billing, invoicing, and accounts receivable
  2. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn and utilize financial software (experience with invoicing software is a plus)
  3. Experience in a retail or clinical setting is advantageous
  4. Bilingual in French is considered an asset
  5. Customer-focused attitude and a team player mindset
  6. Valid work authorization in Canada and a satisfactory criminal background check
  7. Availability to work full-time hours on a permanent basis
