Job Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

About The Role

We’re growing our Personal Lines Admin team in Ontario. We are looking for a Client Assistant to interact with clients daily while managing administrative tasks. The role involves servicing, guiding, and resolving clients’ billing issues.

Responsibilities
  1. Preparation of invoices and billing materials; assisting with payment requests
  2. Preparation of pre-renewal client information packages
  3. Reporting of claims where required
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education – Insurance diploma is an asset
  • Customer service and/or admin experience, preferably in insurance
  • Knowledge of personal lines billing and payment options
  • Strong collaborative skills
  • Good organizational and planning skills; ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner, adaptable to change
  • Experience with EPIC or similar software is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • RIBO License is an asset
