We are looking for a Client Assistant to interact with clients on a day-to-day basis while managing a variety of administrative tasks. More specifically, Client Assistant will play an essential role in servicing, guiding and resolving our clients’ billing issues. What You’ll Do You will manage a variety of administrative tasks including: Preparation of invoices and billing material; assisting with requests for payment Preparation of pre-renewal client information packages Reporting of claims where required What You Bring Post-secondary education – Insurance diploma is an asset Some customer service and/or admin experience is an asset – preferably in an insurance environment Knowledge of personal lines billing and payment options is an asset Strong ability to work collaboratively Good organizational and planning skills, with a proven ability to manage time well in a fast-paced, ever-changing, team-oriented environment.
