Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education preferred; insurance diploma is an asset.

Job Duration: Full-Time, Permanent

About The Role

We’re growing our Personal Lines Admin team in Ontario. We are looking for a Client Assistant to interact with clients daily and manage various administrative tasks. The role involves servicing, guiding, and resolving clients’ billing issues.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices and billing materials; assist with payment requests
  • Prepare pre-renewal client information packages
  • Report claims as required
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education – Insurance diploma is an asset
  • Customer service and/or admin experience, preferably in insurance
  • Knowledge of personal lines billing and payment options
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills; ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment
  • Quick learner, adaptable to change
  • Experience with EPIC or similar software is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • RIBO License is an asset
