Job summary

Acne Studios in Vancouver is seeking a full-time Client Advisor for our Oakridge Park store. You will nurture loyalty, drive sales, and deliver an outstanding customer experience through luxury service and attentive clienteling.

Training in luxury sales and client experience will be provided; you will contribute across the entire customer cycle and collaborate with a diverse team to meet sales targets and maintain inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Previous customer-facing role within retail or hospitality.
• Proven ability to drive sales and deliver exceptional service.
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) and clienteling.
• Fluent in English; additional languages may be required per market.

We are looking for a full-time Client Advisor for our Acne Studios Oakridge Park store. As Client Advisor at Acne Studios you will work collaboratively with your team to establish and nurture loyal and engaging customer relationships, drive sales and positive business outcomes in which your service and attentiveness take center stage.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Your main contribution will be to care for our customers in the store but also through the whole customer cycle. To ensure your success in this role, we provide training and coaching in luxury sales, service, and clienteling, according to our cutting-edge approach to client experience. You take care of our valued customers at the store and will play a vital role in delivering an excellent customer experience by:

• Managing and executing omni channel services
• Welcoming and guiding customers through a smooth customer cycle tending to all details and providing them with the best-in-class client experience
• Achieving sales, conversion, and clienteling targets
• Upholding administrative procedures and skillfully managing our inventory

The hourly compensation range is $19-23, plus commission and company benefits. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skill and internal alignment
