Three years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant and a Business Administration Certificate are required, with strong Word skills and 50 wpm typing.
The District of Squamish is seeking a customer-focused and highly organized Temporary Part-Time Clerk 2 to provide clerical, administrative, and customer service support for our Corporate Administration department. In addition, we are seeking additional Casual/On-Call support for our Corporate Administration Department to assist with the election planning and administration. Clerk 2’s at the District of Squamish are responsible for a broad range of administrative and clerical duties that support the efficient operation of District services. The successful candidates will serve as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, provide administrative support to departmental staff, maintain records, coordinate meetings, and assist with a variety of office functions.
You are a customer-service-oriented professional with strong administrative skills and a keen attention to detail. You communicate effectively with a diverse range of people and are comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy office environment.
