Dr. Clean Inc. in Elliot Lake, Ontario, is seeking a dependable Cleaning Technician for part-time, evening work. Two 3-hour shifts per week, with potential extra hours later, at $20–$22 per hour. You will clean client sites and follow site checklists, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle access, and the ability to work independently. Bondable and able to pass a Criminal Record Check. Training is provided and on-site work is required.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and clean assigned areas.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, common areas, and high-touch surfaces.

• Restock washroom and cleaning supplies as required.
• Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and instructions.
• Safely use cleaning products, tools, and equipment.
• Maintain cleaning equipment and report any problems.
• Report supply shortages, maintenance concerns, damage, or safety hazards.
• Secure assigned sites and manage keys and alarm codes.
• Complete all assigned duties within the scheduled shift.

Position Details

Location: Elliot Lake, Ontario

Job Type: Part time, office cleaning.

Schedule: Evenings- 1 shift mid week, 1 weekend shift.

Shift Length: 2 shifts 3 hours long per week (potential additional hours in future)

Wage: $20 - $22/hourly

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone who prefers a consistent evening schedule, works well independently, and takes pride in completing their work thoroughly.

Reliable transportation is essential. Candidates must have a valid driver's licence and access to their own vehicle to travel to and from assigned client sites.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Consistent availability for two three-hour evening shifts per week
• Ability to begin shifts after 5:00 p.m.
• Valid driver's license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and dependability
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Good attention to detail and time-management skills
• Comfortable completing active cleaning duties throughout the shift
• Previous commercial or janitorial cleaning experience is an asset
• Experience using floor-care equipment, such as auto-scrubbers or swing machines, is an asset
• Must be bondable and able to complete a Criminal Record Check
