Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' cleaning and supervisory experience in a large facility.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Experience in a unionized environment and following collective agreements.
• Flexible start/end times; weekend/holiday work required.
• Criminal background check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise cleaning and services of an assigned area within budget.
• Assign daily tasks and responsibilities to staff.
• Inspect ongoing work to ensure quality expectations.
• Train new cleaning personnel and enforce Health & Safety procedures.
• Maintain timekeeping records for cleaners and manage inventory.
• Respond to customer requests and follow up as needed.
• Possess knowledge of preferred vendors and support their use.
• Must be able to obtain reliability security clearance.
