Job summary

Maid To Perfection Cleaning & Improvement Services in Canada is seeking dependable, detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. If you take pride in creating spotless spaces and meeting high client expectations, we'd love to have you on board.

You will perform daily cleaning tasks, operate cleaning equipment, and report any maintenance needs. The position offers opportunities for performance-based bonuses and paid mileage, with employment contingent on a background check.

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform tasks requiring bending, lifting up to 30 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results.
• Maintain professionalism and a courteous attitude during interactions with clients, and protect clients’ belongings.
• Good time management and ability to work with a partner or alone.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Sanitize high-touch areas and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and windows.
• Clean and maintain restrooms and replace liners.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment; report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and manage the supply room.

Daily Cleaning Tasks

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors and surfaces to maintain cleanliness and order
• Sanitize and disinfect high-touch areas such as countertops, cupboards, kitchen and bathroom fixtures, light switches, and windows etc.
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Empty trash bins and replace liners

Maintenance and Reporting

• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as personal kits and vacuums
• Ensure tools are cleaned, stored properly, and in good working condition after each use
• Identify and report any maintenance issues or needed repairs to supervisors
• Replenish cleaning supplies after each shift, maintain supply room

Our Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results
• Maintain professionalism and a courteous attitude during interactions with clients, as well as be mindful of clients’ belongings and home
