Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. is seeking a Cleaner to help keep our Trinity Crossing apartments in Orleans, ON clean and welcoming for tenants. You will play a key role in maintaining tidy entrances, hallways, and common areas while supporting light maintenance tasks as needed.

The role requires knowledge of cleaning products, basic computer skills, and the ability to travel between sites. Flexibility for late hours and weekends is expected to meet inspection and maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining entrances and hallways.
• Monthly deep cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required.
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.

Your contributions to the team include:

• Month-end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom, and cupboards
• Attending pre-move-out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Completing small repairs such as painting or changing lights as required
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
• Other duties as required

What you need to be successful:

• Knowledge of various cleaning products

• Ability to travel between sites as required
• Ability to work late hours and weekends as required
