We are currently seeking a Cleaner to work at one of our apartment buildings. This full-time position requires working some weekends.

Key Responsibilities of Building Cleaner

• General cleaning of common areas (lobbies, elevators, stairwells, windows) and amenity spaces (laundry rooms, social rooms), including sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Thorough cleaning of vacant suites, including appliances, walls, windows, kitchens, washrooms, and balconies.
• Exterior cleaning duties, including maintenance of underground garages, parking levels, service rooms, foyers, patios, rooftops, and debris removal.
• Reporting safety hazards or deficiencies related to curb appeal to the Resident Manager.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
• Teamwork and ability to follow directions.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
