The Custodian is responsible for performing routine cleaning, periodic deep cleaning, floor care, and various project-based tasks to ensure all buildings and facilities are kept healthy, safe, and sanitary. Duties include handling heavy garbage, operating a compactor, using multiple cleaning machines, cleaning large staircases, and cleaning high windows using a tucker pole. The position reports to the Lead Hand, Supervisor, and Site Manager.
