ComForCare Home Care is seeking a Cleaner to support clients in their homes in Coquitlam, BC. You will help maintain clean, organized, and hygienic home environments, directly contributing to client safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• English required, spoken and written at an intermediate level.
• Access to reliable transportation to job sites.
• CPR & First Aid certification is an asset but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming).
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms.
• Maintain a hygienic environment through proper sanitization.
• Assist with laundry and linen changes.
• Organize and tidy household spaces and support clients at home.

What We Are Looking For:

• A passion for helping others live safely and comfortably
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (1 year preferred)
• CPR & First Aid Certification (asset, not required for this role)
• Access to reliable transportation
• Intermediate in English, spoken and written
• Eligibility to legally work in Canada
• Valid driver’s license is an asset
• Covid vaccination proof
• Current TB screening and Criminal Record Check

What You Will Be Doing:

• Perform general cleaning duties (dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming)
• Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms
• Maintain a hygienic environment through proper sanitization
• Assist with laundry, folding, and linen changes
• Organize and tidy household spaces
• Support clients by creating a safe, comfortable home environment
• Communicate professionally with clients and office staff
• Report any concerns or changes in the home

Salary Range:

$19–$25 per hour
