Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd. in Campbell River is seeking a reliable Cleaner to help keep our apartment community tidy and welcoming for tenants. Your eye for detail will ensure pristine entrances, hallways, and living spaces, while delivering friendly service.

The role involves moving between sites, using a variety of cleaning products, and collaborating with maintenance staff. A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are needed, with benefits including extended health cover and a focus

Responsibilities

• Maintain entrances and hallways.
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards.
• Attend pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates.
• Support the general maintenance of the building’s exterior.
• Other duties as required.

Your contributions to the team include:

• Maintaining entrances and hallways
• Month end cleaning of appliances, walls, carpets, blinds, windows, baseboards, lighting, bathroom and cupboards
• Attending pre-move out and annual inspections to provide cleaning estimates
• Supporting the general maintenance of the building’s exterior
• Other duties as required

What you need to be successful:

• Knowledge of various cleaning products
