Job summary

Homestead Land Holdings Limited in Kingston, Ontario is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our property services team. You will help maintain cleanliness, safety, and the welcoming appearance of lobbies, hallways, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces.

Position involves sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and occasional winter snow removal, with weekend shifts every other week. Previous cleaning experience preferred, physical ability to lift up to 20 kg, and reliable, detail‑oriented service are

Position: Cleaner

Location: Kingston, ON

Type: Existing vacancy

Hours: 40 hours per week, includes weekend shifts every other week

Compensation Range (includes salary & shift premium): $40,500-$44,500

Overview

As a Cleaner at Homestead, you will help us to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our spaces. This includes regularly cleaning lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, laundry rooms, and amenity spaces. You will ensure garbage and recycling rooms are well maintained. Help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors while following established cleaning routines.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, Mopping, Dusting, Vacuuming, etc.
• Maintaining the cleanliness of elevators, lounges, laundry rooms, Fitness rooms
• Tenant units upon vacancy (including bathrooms, kitchens (ovens & fridges)
• Winter snow removal
• Other duties as required
