Job summary

Manitoulin Transport in Regina, SK is hiring a Class 1 Roamer Driver to support our network. The role includes driving linehaul/LCV or performing pick-up and delivery of goods.

Roaming to other locations for 1–3 weeks at a time; we pay hotel and travel costs when roaming. The position offers a guaranteed yearly salary of CAD 95,477 and full benefits with a profit-sharing program.

Qualifications

• Valid Class 1 Driver's License.
• 2 years of Class 1 experience (For LCV Qualifications).
• Mountain qualified (will train the right candidate).
• Flexibility to work varying schedules and routes.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and remain focused during long drives.
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Able to provide a Criminal record.
• 5 years Drivers abstract.

Responsibilities

• Drive linehaul/LCV or perform pick up and delivery of goods.
• Roam to locations across our network as required.
• Based in Regina, SK but may be sent away for 1–3 weeks; roaming costs covered.

We are hiring a “Class 1 Roamer Driver” based out of our Regina, SK terminal. This position covers driver needs as required in various locations throughout our network. You will need the ability to drive linehaul/LCV or complete pick up and delivery of goods.

You will be based in Regina, SK but we may send you away for (1-3) weeks at a time to another location. When you are “roaming” in another area we will pay the hotel costsand travel costs (if using your own vehicle).
