Job summary

ENTREC Alberta Ltd. is recruiting for a full-time Class 1 Truck Driver to join our team in Fort McMurray, Alberta. The role involves hauling bulk materials and performing pre- and post-trip duties while following dispatch instructions and safety policies.

Candidates must have a valid Class 1 license, 3-5 years of on/off highway experience, and be able to work day and night rotations. Drug/alcohol clearance and a clean driver’s abstract are required.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 1 Driver’s License.
• 3-5 years on/off highway driving experience.
• Availability to work rotational shifts; including days and nights.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug and alcohol clearance.
• Solid communication skills.
• Ability to navigate work sites and adapt to daily changes in scopes of work.
• Acceptable drivers abstract.

Responsibilities

• Haul various bulk commodity materials.
• Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment.
• Operate loading and unloading equipment as required.
• Adhere to daily schedules set out by Dispatch & Supervision.
• Complete daily paperwork / reporting accurately and on time.
• Promote ENTREC's safety culture and adhere to HSE policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized truck.
• Perform other duties as required.
