Job summary

XTL Transport Inc. is growing and expanding our Airdrie operation. We are adding 5 Class 1 Domestic Bunk Drivers to join the team and support overnight and regional runs.

Earn competitive hourly wages and per-mile pay, with paid training and a strong benefits package. Candidates must have a valid Class 1 license, a clean record, and the ability to stay in the truck for multi-day shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class 1 Driver’s License.
• Minimum 2 years long-haul experience (Canada-wide or Canada/U.S.).
• Experience driving through at least two consecutive winter seasons.
• Reefer experience required.
• Provide a 10-year commercial abstract from all provinces where a Class 1 license has been held.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to Costco stores in Alberta and Saskatoon.
• Overnight stays in Grande Prairie, Saskatoon, and Lloydminster markets.
• Be willing to sleep in the unit for 5 days.

The Opportunity

XTL Transport Inc. is currently GROWING and we are seeking to add 5 moreClass 1 Domestic Bunk Drivers to join our Airdrie team.

This role involves:

• Delivering to the Costco Stores with Alberta & Saskatoon
• Grande Prairie, Saskatoon and the new Lloydminster store are all overnight stays
• Candidates must be willing to sleep in the unit for 5 days

Key Responsibilities & Requirements

• Valid Class 1 Driver’s License
• Minimum 2 years of long-haul experience (Canada-wide or Canada/U.S.)
• Experience driving through at least two consecutive winter seasons
• Reefer experience
• Clean Driver’s Abstract
  • Zero moving violations (e.g., speeding)
  • Fewer than 5 demerits
  • Ability to provide a 10-year commercial abstract from all provinces where a Class 1 license has been held

Compensation

• $28.12/hour for Alberta regional runs (Edmonton, Lethbridge, Medicine Hat, etc.)
• $0.54 per mile for Grande Prairie & Saskatoon overnight runs (If you want to help with these overnight loads)
• Weekly pay via payroll -Full time Drivers get an automatic pay increase every year for the first 5 years
• Paid wait time (hourly rate)
• Benefits premiums paid by XTL - 70% coverage of Dental and Medical after 3 months
• RRSP Matching Program after 3 months
• Fully paid training:3 days in-class + 2days in-cab
• Modern fleet of newer International trucks (renewed every 3-4 years)
