Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (MIS), Finance, or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in a project environment (project or resource planning, financial forecasting, task assignment, budget tracking)
• Proficiency in Clarity PPM
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of collaborative tools (Teams, JIRA, SharePoint, Mural)

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for the project office, focusing on monitoring portfolio activities.
• Input and control data in Clarity PPM under supervision, not leading deliverables.
• Coordinate occasional team activities as needed without project leadership authority.
