TVH is seeking a Claims Receiving Specialist to manage the physical receipt, inspection, and initial processing of returned parts and claimed items. The role involves coordination with internal teams, customers, and carriers, with heavy emphasis on safety and accuracy in warehouse operations.

The position requires forklift operation, strong administrative skills, and the ability to resolve discrepancies between receipts and documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, receiving, logistics, or inventory control environment.
• Forklift Operator Certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience using WMS or claims processing software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous documentation and verification of claims paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify returned parts and warranty shipments.
• Log receipts into inventory and claims systems; match to RMAs.
• Conduct initial visual inspections for condition and identification.
• Stage and label returns and maintain traceability.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and carriers on returns status.
