Job Summary

The Warehouse Receiver & Picker plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse. This position involves unloading inbound shipments, counting inventory, conducting quality control checks, order picking, loading/unloading courier & customer vehicles, and general warehouse maintenance duties. Physical fitness, high degree of attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment is essential to success in this position.

Essential Functions

Inventory Receiving: Unload trailers and containers safely using the appropriate equipment. Break down, consolidate, and receive inventory into the warehouse management system. Conduct quality control checks as required.

Order Picking: Accurately and safely pick items from warehouse storage using RF scanners.

Customer Service: Deliver a great customer experience with customers in a professional manner through effective written and verbal communication.

Loading/Unloading: Safely unload and load customer/carrier vehicles, along with providing appropriate communication and documentation.

Warehouse Maintenance: General upkeep, cleaning, and organization of working areas.

Order Picking: Accurately and safely pick items from warehouse storage using RF scanners.
