Reporting to the Claims Manager in the Special Markets division, you will adjudicate and manage a fluctuating caseload of new and ongoing disability, life, critical illness, and health claims. You will assess claims and make challenging decisions by following policy guidelines, which clients may challenge, while maintaining excellent relationships with Claimants, TPA/Brokers, and other Stakeholders.

Compensation:
The typical hiring range for this position is between $55,000 and $65,000. The offered salary depends on location, skills, experience, and internal equity. All permanent iA employees are eligible for an annual bonus.
