Our Commercial Property Claims Adjusters work hard to provide support to our clients. They are responsible for providing efficient and prompt investigation, while fully handling the claim from start to finish. Our Adjusters are not on a phone queue, which allows them to fully utilize their expertise on every claim.

They are passionate about maintaining strong relationships with our customers – this means emails and phone calls are answered promptly, keeping the customer experience top of mind. Working in a collaborative team, there is the opportunity for coaching, mentoring, and development from our more experienced Adjusters to help grow both your Customer Service and Investigative skills.

If you are great at:

1. Thoroughly investigating & evaluating complex situations
2. Managing stressful calls and clearly delivering decisions on claims
3. Effectively managing a busy day-to-day schedule
4. Providing a great Customer experience

And you have:

1. Post-Secondary Education in an Insurance focused program or related program
2. Completed or working towards the CIP designation (an asset)
3. Minimum 3 years of Commercial Property Claims Handling
4. Strong technical skills with MS Office Suite
5. Ability to clearly communicate with Claimants, Brokers, and Contractors
