Bilingual Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker - Customer Service

Join us at OTIP (Ontario Teachers Insurance Plan) as a Bilingual Personal Lines Damage Insurance Broker - Customer Service.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our Quebec Home & Auto team, responsible for handling inquiries, resolving product issues, attracting clients, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities include:

1. Responding to telephone and written inquiries, processing changes, and assessing risks.
2. Resolving product and service issues, managing complaints, and providing solutions.
3. Attracting potential clients through information sharing and meeting sales objectives.
4. Drafting responses to routine correspondence and processing rewrites and remarkets.
5. Maintaining records of insurance transactions and updating rate manuals.
6. Reviewing and managing contentious issues with management.
7. Providing quality customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
8. Performing additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications include:

• AMF license and RIBO or equivalent licenses are assets.
• At least one year of experience in personal lines auto and property insurance.
• Exceptional communication skills in French and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
