My client is a highly reputable building contractor on the South Coast. They are seeking an experienced Groundworks / Civils Site Manager to join their team due to increasing growth. Projects include commercial and refurbishment developments.

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 3 years of Site Management experience within Groundworks / Civils.
• Ability to manage all groundworks on commercial sites.
• Strong communication skills with Project Managers and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate teams effectively, managing client expectations.
• Implement high standards of work efficiently.
• Coordinate with onsite operatives, clients, and subcontractors.
