Hays has partnered with a renowned construction firm specializing in Residential, ICI, and Civil construction across Ontario. We are currently hiring for a Construction Manager with experience in bridge construction. (Civil construction experience is a must.)

1. Minimum of 12 years in construction with at least 8 years managing progressively larger and more complex projects and teams.
2. Ideal candidate will have experience in bridge construction projects, from start to finish, and must have been involved in 3-4 full projects.
3. Computer literate, with working knowledge of Microsoft software (Excel, Word, etc.).
4. Sound understanding of risk management.
5. Knowledge of Human Resources policies, practices, and procedures.
6. Strong analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.
7. This role is 100% based in the office, with site travels as necessary.
