MatchBox is assisting a well‑established civil contractor in the Lower Mainland to recruit an experienced Civil Superintendent for site‑based leadership on civil projects, with emphasis on underground utilities and roadworks.
You will coordinate crews, subcontractors, equipment, and materials, work with project managers, engineers, and clients, and drive project progress through planning, reporting, and cost control.
Our client is a well‑established civil construction contractor delivering projects across the Lower Mainland. They are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to provide day‑to‑day field leadership across civil construction projects, with a strong focus on underground utilities and roadworks.
This is a site‑based leadership position responsible for coordinating crews, subcontractors, equipment, materials, and daily construction activities while ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project plans and specifications.
The successful candidate will work closely with Project Managers, engineers, consultants, clients, and field teams to maintain productivity, resolve site issues, and keep projects progressing according to schedule and budget.
