Job summary

Morson Human Resources Limited is seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to oversee activities at the McArthur River Mine. The role requires hands-on leadership across civil, concrete, structural, and building projects to ensure safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years of supervision experience, a Red Seal Carpenter certification or a technical diploma, and strong skills in leadership and contractor management. EPCM or Owner-side experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in a Construction Supervision role.
• Journeyman/Red Seal Carpenter certification or a Technical Diploma in a related discipline.
• Experience supervising civil, concrete, structural, and building construction projects.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and contractor management skills.
• Experience in an EPCM environment or on the Owner's side is a strong asset.
