Qualifications

• On-site civil construction experience is an asset.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, plans and specs.
• Ability to interpret contract documents to advise on best approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare price estimates and budgets for civil industrial projects.
• Review tender documents and analyze subcontractor requirements.
• Solicit, analyze, and compile pricing from subcontractors.
• Lead pricing for assigned tenders and respond to post-tender clarifications.
• Coordinate with project teams on execution plans and schedules.
