AtkinsRéalis is offering the Odyssey Program for recent graduates. You will gain hands-on experience, receive personalized mentorship, and work on diverse projects in the Civil division around Canada.

• Transportation planning and development of transportation systems (roads, rail, airports).
• Municipal infrastructure design and management of utilities and other infrastructure.
• Site supervision/inspection and surveying of road, municipal, bridge, port and civil works.

Your role

While working in the Civil division at AtkinsRéalis, you could put your skills to work in one of these key areas/fields:

• Bridges: design and project management, inspections
• Transportation: planning and development of transportation systems, including roads, railroads and airports.
• Municipal Infrastructure: design and management of utilities and other infrastructure
• Site supervision/inspection and surveying of road, municipal, bridge, port and civil works

About you

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree in civil engineering
• Strong interest in learning and exploring new challenges.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Has Industry software skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage changing priorities.
• A valid driver's license may be required for some positions.

Expected compensation for this role is (between Pay Range $61,900 - $80,000 annually) Base salaries are determined according to several parameters like skills, experience, and potential impact on the role. Internal and external competitiveness are also taken into account in our offers.
