Qualifications

• A recent or upcoming University degree in civil / structural engineering.
• 0-2 years of experience related to the role.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with curiosity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in diverse and multidisciplinary teams.
• Must have a valid Ontario driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, design, and delivery of a wide range of engineering projects.
• Assist in design and construction of bridges, culverts, and transportation structures.
• Undertake inspections, investigations, and preparation of assessment reports for bridges and related assets.
• Contribute to project management activities and collaboration across teams.
• Prepare engineering drawings and support feasibility testing of proposed solutions.
