As an Engineering Graduate, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support the planning, design, and delivery of a wide range of engineering projects. Applying the knowledge gained through your studies, you will assist in solving engineering challenges while contributing to high‑quality outcomes for our clients and the communities they serve.
This role will work on the design and construction of bridges, culverts, retaining walls and other transportation‑related structures specifically on projects in partnership with MTO (Ministry of Transportation) and municipalities. They will also undertake bridge inspections, investigations and assessment report preparation. Moreover, you will be someone who flourishes in a fast‑paced and challenging environment with an equally supportive team striving together towards project excellence . Through mentorship, collaboration, and hands‑on experience, you will build technical capability, strengthen your problem‑solving skills, and develop an understanding of industry’s best practices.
We're looking for graduates who demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset, with strong communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
