Dillon Consulting Limited seeks a Civil Engineering Graduate / Asset Management Analyst to join the Linear Municipal Infrastructure team in a hybrid role across Saint John, Fredericton, or Moncton. You will bridge civil engineering and asset management, turning client data into structured predictive databases while supporting municipal infrastructure designs.

Qualifications

• Data organization and analysis of asset information.
• Review asset information to identify trends in age, material and condition.
• Support GIS and asset management software teams with data entry and updates.
• Assist design teams on municipal infrastructure projects including roads, sewers, water mains.
• Travel to client locations and Dillon offices for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Clean, organize, and categorize asset data into logical structures.
• Review asset information to identify trends related to age, material, condition, and expected service life.
• Support GIS and asset management software teams with data entry, validation, and system updates.
• Help prepare, organize, and maintain asset datasets used for planning, reporting, and decision-making.
• Use standardized condition rating systems and mobile data collection tools to support field assessments and inspections.
