Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited seeks a Civil Engineering Graduate to join the Linear Municipal Infrastructure team in Canada. The position supports water, sewer, stormwater, and road projects, with flexible hours and a hybrid work setup across multiple offices including Toronto, Guelph, Chatham, and Windsor.

Ideal candidates hold an engineering degree and are eligible for EIT within six months, with 0–3 years of consulting experience and strong communication and collaborative skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering or equivalent.
• Eligibility for engineer-in-training within six months.
• 0–3 years of experience, preferably in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Assist design of municipal infrastructure including water, sewers, roads, and site servicing.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and specialists on multidisciplinary teams.
• Produce design drawings, reports, and perform field investigations to maintain schedules.
• Travel to client sites or other Dillon offices as needed.
• Support business development through proposals and presentations.
