Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited is seeking an Asset Management Specialist to join the Linear Municipal Infrastructure team. This hybrid role is based in Kingston with options across Ontario offices, bridging civil engineering design and asset management.

You will draft Asset Management Plans, run lifecycle cost models, and lead multi-disciplinary project teams, while translating complex data for stakeholders and supporting Indigenous community collaboration.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of municipal infrastructure and asset management experience with O. Reg. 588/17 compliance.
• Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical data for non-technical audiences.
• Willingness to travel to Dillon Ontario offices occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Draft asset management plans and policies compliant with ISO 55000 and Ontario Regulation 588/17.
• Build lifecycle cost models and analyze funding scenarios for municipal assets.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and manage stakeholder workshops and collaborations.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to professional development within Dillon.
