Job summary

Dillon Consulting Limited seeks a Civil Engineering Graduate / Asset Management Analyst to join the Linear Municipal Infrastructure team in a hybrid role. Based in Saint John, Fredericton or Moncton, you will transform client data into structured asset databases and support municipal infrastructure design and planning.

You will work on asset analysis, coordinate design efforts across teams, and engage in business development and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil engineering required.
• Registered as an engineer-in-training, or eligible within six months.
• 0–2 years of experience, preferably in consulting.

Responsibilities

• Asset analysis and condition modeling using client data and structured datasets.
• Support design activities for municipal infrastructure including water, sewers, roads, and land development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and travel to client sites or other Dillon offices as needed.
• Contribute to business development through proposals and presentations.
• Commit to ongoing learning and professional development.
