Job summary

Binnie LLC is hiring an assistant engineer to modify basic design drawings in AutoCAD and Civil 3D, prepare submission packages, and manage project documentation. The role requires site visits with a valid driver's license and the ability to work outdoors on-site.

Currently pursuing a Civil Engineering degree, you will support Field and Project Managers, perform QC procedures, and help prepare as-constructed drawings while adhering to Binnie’s conventions and file management standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in civil engineering environment.
• Familiar with AutoCAD and Civil 3D.
• Pursuing a Civil Engineering degree.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle for site visits.
• Willing to work outdoors on-site.
• Ability to produce accurate, high-quality work.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and teamwork.

YOUR ROLE:

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Previous work experience in a civil engineering environment
• Previous exposure to AutoCAD and Civil 3D
• Currently completing Degree in Civil Engineering
• Valid Driver’s License and personal vehicle for site visits
• Willing to work outdoors on-site as required
• Ability to consistently produce accurate, high-quality work
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

The salary for this position is commensurate with experience; the salary range for this position is $25 - $27 hourly.
