The Civil Design Technologist will play a pivotal role in leading the design and development of civil engineering projects. This individual will provide technical expertise, manage project deliverables, and ensure the successful execution of projects within budget and schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead the design of civil infrastructure projects, including site development, grading, drainage, utilities, and transportation systems.
2. Prepare and review engineering drawings, specifications, and reports.
3. Utilize design software such as AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar tools.
4. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
5. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and design staff.
7. Stay updated with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
8. Support business development by participating in client presentations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Bachelor’s degree.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in civil design engineering, focusing on single-family and land development infrastructure projects.
