Job summary

Infracon Group of Companies is seeking experienced Civil Construction Foremen for upcoming municipal water and sewer infrastructure projects in Prince Rupert, BC. You will lead field crews, coordinate daily activities, ensure safety, and drive production targets while maintaining quality and compliance with project specs.

The role involves diverse civil work across Western Canada, strong leadership, and the ability to adapt to changing site conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience leading field crews on civil construction projects.
• Ability to read drawings, grade information, and site plans.
• Strong focus on safety, hazard identification, and field-level risk management.
• Willingness to travel across Western Canada for project assignments.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily field activities for civil construction, mining, and pipeline maintenance projects.
• Supervise labourers, operators, truck drivers, subcontractors, and other field personnel.
• Provide clear direction to crews to ensure safety and project alignment.
• Support daily planning, task assignment, sequencing, and coordination of labour, equipment, and materials.
• Monitor crew productivity and adjust plans to meet timelines.
• Lead by example with professionalism and safety.
• Maintain a positive, respectful, team-oriented work environment.
