Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of construction experience.
• Ability to read drawings and specifications.
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and trades.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development of construction strategies, schedules, and estimates.
• Lead field personnel and ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Review progress, cost reports, and forecasts to completion.
• Manage budgets and subcontractor billing.
• Ensure compliance with client guidelines and quality plans.
