Job summary

You will evaluate current technology usage, recommend improvements, monitor security and backups, and deliver regular project progress reports while aligning with budget constraints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, programming, or a related field.
• Related experience is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize work.
• Ability to explain technical problems to non-technical people.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with users, vendors, technicians, and managers to understand and evaluate IT and systems needs.
• Communicate goals, policies, and procedures to CIS team and develop plans to meet them.
• Evaluate current technology usage and recommend software and hardware improvements.
• Monitor backup, security, and user support systems.
• Provide technical support to users and keep abreast of technological advancements.
• Prepare and deliver project or activity progress reports.
• Implement and monitor operating budgets and expenditures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
