ACCOUNTABILITIES: The incumbent may perform all, some, or similar range of duties. • Remain at the Kettle for the full shift (until relieved), ensuring security of donations received. • Respond to questions/queries from potential donors regarding SA ministries and programs. • Present a positive image (well-groomed/dressed) and represent TSA well while on duty. • Work with minimal supervision. • Must comply with all Salvation Army policies, procedures, and associated legislation. • Treat the property of The Salvation Army with due care and caution. • Performs other work-related duties as assigned. CRITICAL RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT: Internal: TSA staff members, Kettle campaign team External: Community members MANAGERIAL/TECHNICAL RESPONSIBILITIES: Direct reports: none. FINANCIAL AND MATERIAL MANAGEMENT: • Collect donations and petite cash and ensure donations are always kept secure.
