Kitsilano Neighbourhood House is seeking a Childcare Educator for our Infant/Toddler Float program. Under supervision, you will provide developmentally appropriate care in a Reggio-inspired daycare, collaborating with staff, children and families to support learning and well-being.
You will work 30–35 hours per week in person at Maple Childcare, bringing your ECE/ECIE credential and First Aid certificate to create a safe, inclusive environment.

Using a team approach Childcare Educator provides a developmentally appropriate Reggio inspired and inclusive quality Daycare Program for children. A Childcare Educator performs all of the following duties:
Under the direction and supervision of Children's Education Coordinator and the Lead Educator is engaged in providing care for children in the infant and toddler programs. Our infant and toddler children, families, space and educators work very closely together. The Childcare Educator- Infant/Toddler Float Position's time is shared across the two classrooms.
This is a regular part-time position (30-35 hours per week, 5-day workweek) that requires a consistent in-person presence at Maple Childcare.
